An Altoona man is facing charges after police say he attacked two people over the weekend.

According to the Altoona Police Department, Ramone Brown attacked a man at a home along the 2400 block of Broad Avenue on Saturday, and knocked him unconscious. Later, he allegedly assaulted a woman, breaking her jaw.

She was rushed to a Pittsburgh hospital for surgery.

Brown was arrested and is now facing aggravated assault charges.
