Olde Bedford Brewing Company recently opened in March. 

Mary and Dave Heller own and operate everything at the company. Dave says the brewery is close-knit and he often works with other local breweries. 

“Most of it was self-education, but then, you know, the things that you learn just from the collaboration and information sharing within the brewing community, overall is just fantastic,” Co-Owner Dave Heller said. “Everybody wants to help everybody in this craft-brewing environment.”

Olde Bedford Brewery is open Wednesday and Thursday 2-8, Friday and Saturday 2-10, and Sunday Noon-6.
