A local ski resort has started making snow.
Seven Springs and Hidden Valley Resorts are already working on making snow for the ski season.
The outside air determines when snowmaking can begin. When the conditions are right, the system is fired up and snowmaking operations begin.
They started working on filling up the slopes on Saturday and say they plan to keep running the snow making machines until the weather changes.
We’re told they plan to announce their opening day soon.
