One Philipsburg resident dressed up as Santa to spread holiday cheer.
He and his elves collected gifts like blankets and slipper socks to give to residents Saturday at Windy Hill Village, a retirement community.
“Santa” said he wanted to make sure those seniors know that people care about them, even perfect strangers.
He gives out gifts every year and is hoping more elves will help him next Christmas.
