If you need to get rid of old or unused prescription drugs, Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center is holding a drug take-back event on Monday, April 23.

You can drop off prescriptions, over-the-counter and liquid medications. Local law enforcement will then safely dispose of them. The event aims to prevent prescription drug misuse or abuse.

The will not accept needles, injectables or intravenous solutions.

The drug take-back event runs from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Monday, April 23 at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center’s Atrium located at 1086 Franklin Street, Johnstown, PA.
