Local DA headed to court

A Centre County District Attorney is headed to court for a disciplinary hearing.

District Attorney Stacy Parks Miller is scheduled to appear on Nov. 29. According to the Disciplinary Board of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, a petition for discipline was filed back in February.
