37-year-old Craig Mazzarese has been arrested and arraigned after being charged with seven different counts including two felonies for unlawful contact with a minor.

Mazzarese is the owner of Craig Mazz’s Pizza and Italian Cuisine in Portage, Cambria County. According to the criminal complaint, Mazzarese had two underaged female employees work for him at the pizza shop for the summer of 2018. It’s alleged that he would make lewd comments to the 16-year-old girl about her appearance.

The complaint alleges that in one instance, the 16 year old was asked to bring food down to Mazzarese into the basement of the restaurant. It claims when she arrived with food, Mazzarese was allegedly spotted touching himself on the couch while his hat was over his eyes. The complaint says the girl turned away and started placing the food on a chair. That’s when she says Mazzarese stood up without commenting or acknowledging what she saw and that he didn’t immediately remove his hand from himself. He allegedly asked the food to moved and said that she had forgotten a spoon. The complaint says when she returned she yelled down before going back downstairs. She claims she then saw Mazzarese sitting up on the couch but he was exposed.

The second complaint comes from a 17-year-old female that says she would also be on the receiving end of lewd comments from Mazzarese about her appearance. She claims while on a delivery with Mazzarese he became exceedingly inappropriate including running his hand up her thigh. The complaint says that’s when a Portage Police officer approached the vehicle and asked what was going on.
