A Centre County judge has granted a hearing for a murder suspect to potentially obtain new representation.
Matthew Dreibelibs is accused of killing a man in Snow Shoe Borough in August.
Police said he confessed but recently he wrote the judge pleading for a new public defender because he believes she’s not helping him prove his innocence.
A hearing for this request is set for January 9th.
