A judge will decide tomorrow if civil charges against the Altoona-Johnstown Diocese can move forward.

According to the Tribune-Democrat, last June Sisters Cheryl Haun and Renee Rice filed the case, saying they were molested by Reverend Charles Bodziak, also a defendant when he was at St. Leo’s in Altoona, and it was all covered up.

Also according to the Trib, the defendants are asking for the dismissal since the statue of limitations has expired for the crime.
