A Jefferson County Judge has denied Jerry Sandusky another court date.
According to the Centre Daily Times, President Judge John Foradora’s order was sent to Centre County last Thursday, but was not made public until yesterday.
Sandusky is currently serving 30 to 60 years behind bars at Somerset State Prison for 45 counts of child abuse.
He continues to maintain his innocence and has been fighting for a new trial since his conviction in 2012.
