A Johnstown man is dead after he collided head on with another vehicle along route 53 in Richland Township.
31 year-old Joseph Surgent was pronounced dead at the scene. He died from accident related injuries.
The other driver and a three year old passenger in that car were taken to Conemaugh Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
An accident reconstructionist is being called in to figure out how the crash happened.
