A Johnstown man plead guilty today to possessing heroin.
In connection with the guilty plea, on March 15, 2018, Shawn Kmecak, 37, possessed a quantity of heroin, with the intent to distribute it.
Kmecak’s sentencing is scheduled for June 13, 2019.
He could face a maximum of 20 years in prison, a $1 million fine, or both.
