One jewelry store says two in one town is too many.
Charles and Mike Kranich have announced that the Kranich’s Jewelers’ Downtown State College location on East College Avenue will soon close.
That store has been open since 1976.
The say the location on Atherton Street is larger with more of a selection and better parking, and will remain open.
