The Centre Region Parks and Recreation (CRPR) announced two opportunities to hear the public’s opinion on the Centre Region Comprehensive Recreation, Parks, and Open Space Comprehensive Plan.
A public meeting will be held January 30 at 7 p.m. at the State College Area High School South Building’s cafeteria. Anyone interested in participating in the meeting should enter via the Central Plaza Entrance. The project consultants will talk about the project briefly, and the public will be able to ask questions and comment on it.
The second opportunity for public participation is a survey mailed to area residents. The survey won’t be sent to everyone, but those that do receive it are asked to complete the survey, and they will be entered into a drawing for prizes like season pool passes, pool day passes, amusement park tickets, gift certificates and others. This survey will also be available online.
