Christopher Thatcher, 36, from Huntingdon has been charged with unlawful contact with a minor after allegedly exposing himself at The Meadows Custard Shop in Smithfield Township, Huntingdon County.
According to police, this happened on January 15 at around 8 p.m. They say Thatcher walked in and exposed himself to employees. One of them was an underaged female. Police say the entire incident was caught on surveillance camera. Bail for Thatcher was set at $75,000.
