The Altoona Grand Hotel hosted an Easter buffet on Sunday.
We’re told the meals happen every year on each of the main holidays. This way everyone has a place to spend the day.
“We just think it’s important to have somewhere for everyone in the community to come and celebrate together as a family and with our hotel family as well,” Lindsay Danella, the director of operations at the Altoona Grand Hotel, said.
This year around 550-600 people came to the buffet. That’s around 100 more than the hotel had last year.
The next event like this one will be held on Mother’s Day.
