A Johnstown man police say caused a deadly crash is headed for court today.
Robert Brookins is accused of driving the wrong way on Route 56 on July 23rd, when he crashed into another car head-on, killing that driver.
Brookins’ child was also in his car at the time.
This morning Brookins is facing several charges including homicide by vehicle, driving under the influence, and endangering the welfare of children.
His preliminary hearing is set to begin at 1:00 this afternoon.
