A man accused of causing a fatal crash is headed for court today.
Officials say that wreck happened on January 11th, along Scullton Road in Middlecreek Township when Derrick Keefer was driving under the influence, and crashed into a tree.
Nathan Ohler was a passenger in that car and died at the scene.
Keefer is facing homicide by vehicle charges.
His preliminary hearing is set to begin at 1:15 p.m.
