Four people accused of bringing massive amounts of heroin and other drugs into our area will go to trial in Blair County.

According to the Tribune Democrat, a judge ruled that there is enough evidence to take Damon Devine and three other alleged members of his drug ring to trial.

Each of those alleged dealers faces more than a dozen charges of possession with intent to deliver cocaine, and a potent form of heroin they called “dragon.”

12 other dealers accused of being a part of that drug ring have already waived their preliminary hearings.

Devine and at least one other accused dealer will be back in court on November 3rd for their arraignments.
