We have good news tonight about Gator, a Bedford County puppy, desperately in need of hip surgery.    He suffered a broken hip when another family dog fell on him. The injury left him unable to put his left rear leg down and he limps, as he struggles to walk.

His owner, who took Gator in as a stray, can’t afford to pay for surgery, but now, an area rescue group has stepped up to help out. One Dog at a Time (ODAAT) will take donations on Gator’s behalf and has helped to arranged surgery for him on Monday at Ebensburg Animal Hospital.
