Heavy thunderstorms hit the region Saturday, including in Cambria County.
The storms caused a tree to fall down, knocking down service lines to a home on the 500 block of Killian Street in Johnstown.
Cambria County 911 dispatch officials say it happened around 3:30 p.m. Saturday afternoon.
The rest of the neighborhood wasn’t impacted. Crews did not have to shut off power to the area.
No one was home at the time the tree fell down and there’s no significant damage to the house.
Penelec officials was on the scene, temporarily fixing the power line. They say the homeowner will have to have an electrician secure the connection next week.
