On March 13th, PA State Police Clearfield were dispatched to the Allport Cutoff in Morris Township, Clearfield for shots fired during a domestic case.  Leslie Conklin, 61 year old male had a dispute with a 25 year old male.  Conklin was charged with criminal attempt of criminal homicide after firing two shots from a .22 caliber revolver.  Conklin was also arraigned this afternoon with strangulation and aggravated assault charges.  Conklin could not post his $300,000 bail.  Conklin is housed in the Clearfield County Jail until his next court date set for March 21st.
