After receiving messages from parents about an alleged threat to the Glendale Area School District, WTAJ reached out to Superintendent Edward DiSabato who sent the following statement: 

“We received a report of a potential issue this morning. Consistent with school policy and protocol we contacted the PA State Police who promptly reported to the school to conduct an investigation.

Based upon their investigation we cannot substantiate any credible or imminent threat to our school, students or staff.

The safety and well-being of our students and staff is and will continue to be our utmost concern.
