Giant Eagle is delivering another convenient grocery shopping option straight to the doors of Johnstown customers!
The multi-format food, fuel and pharmacy retailer is ramping up its Curbside Express service by offering home delivery to 10 Johnstown ZIP codes. Customers can now place their orders with same-day or next-day delivery options available.
Giant Eagle launched the Curbside Express Home Delivery service in March 2017 with a pilot in select Pittsburgh neighborhoods. The service has enabled customers to choose from 45,000 grocery offerings including fresh produce, meat, seafood and bakery items, refrigerated and frozen items, and cleaning and laundry supplies.
Giant Eagle customers have had an extremely positive response to our Curbside Express Home Delivery service. We are excited to bring this unique convenience to Johnstown thereby giving more customers access to nearly our entire store without ever having to leave home.

Customers can have their groceries at their doors on the same day, in as few as four hours for orders placed by 3 p.m., and orders must be placed by 11:59 p.m. to be scheduled for next day delivery. Home Delivery orders can be placed up to seven days in advance.
There will be a $5.95 next-day, and $9.95 same-day delivery fee, and the service fee is waived on a customer’s first order. Customers can also take advantage of no convenience fee on Curbside Express pickup orders at the Scalp Avenue Giant Eagle. There is a minimum purchase requirement of $35 for all Curbside Express orders, both pickup, and delivery.
Expertly trained Giant Eagle Curbside Express Team Members will shop for customer groceries in-store once orders are placed before a Giant Eagle delivery driver takes the order right to the customer’s door at their scheduled delivery time.
Our Curbside Express Home Delivery service continues to grow in popularity as customers quickly learn that our trained Curbside Express Team Members shop for items with the same care and attention to detail that our customers have.

Curbside Express Home Delivery orders will originate from the Scalp Avenue Giant Eagle location. The program will accept eCoupons and payment for orders will be accepted online at the time of checkout through a credit or debit card including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover and through Paypal, and Masterpass.
The method of payment will be charged when the order leaves a nearby Giant Eagle store for delivery. Importantly, customers will be able to take advantage of the fuelperks+ loyalty program as they will earn and have the option to redeem perks on all Curbside Express home delivery and store pickup orders just as if they were shopping in-store.
Jablonowski said grocery home delivery service is available via the same online grocery shopping website, CurbsideExpress.com, where customers can plan their shopping lists and place their pickup orders.
