A fugitive, who fled the country months before being criminally charged in connection with a murder, is back in Pennsylvania.

 

Anthony Franklin, 75, was being held in an Argentinean prison, until authorities recently approved his return to the U.S. for the murder of his former son-in-law, Frank Spencer.

 

Spencer was shot at his home near Bloomsburg in 2012.

 

Franklin fled the country in 2013 and was charged with homicide in 2014.
