Two Franciscan Friars now know their day in court.
Robert D’Aversa and Anthony Criscitelli will be in court in May.
The Friars are accused of failing to supervise a suspected child predator at a Johnstown Catholic school and allowing sexual abuse by Brother Steven Baker to continue at Bishop McCort High School in the 1990s.
