A Penn State fraternity is now facing charges for furnishing alcohol to minors.
Delta Tau Delta was suspended last month after an unconscious student was hospitalized.
The male student was found passed out along Calder Way in State College after drinking at the fraternity on September 29.
Penn State officials say all fraternity functions for Delta Tau Delta have been suspended.
