At least two people were taken to the hospital, and two others refused treatment, after officials responded to an “on the water incident” at Shy Beaver Boat Launch in James Creek.
The Marklesburg Fire Department had to use two boats to rescue the four people from the water just after 10:30 p.m. Monday night.
No word yet on exactly what caused that accident, but we expect to learn more throughout the day today.
