BELLEFONTE, CENTRE COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — The former Penn State employee, who admitted to using cameras to videotape more than 20 people in a Bryce Jordan Center bathroom, has been sentenced.

According to the Centre Daily Times, 55-year-old Charles Chamberlin Jr., of Spring Mills, will spend between six and 23 and a half months in the county jail. He also has to register as a sex offender for 15 years and was sentenced to three years of probation.

Police said that Chamberlin Jr. took 37 videos of 22 different men using the bathroom by filming them through an opening between the wall and the stall from April 2017 to April 2018.

Chamberlin Jr. pleaded guilty in January to 38 misdemeanor charges of invasion of privacy.

The investigation into Chamberlin Jr. started last May when a student at State High’s Prom caught him filming.
