A former U.S. Postal Service employee was sentenced today after pleading guilty to misappropriation of postal funds.
Douglas Kubenko, 37, of Johnstown, pleaded guilty to the charges today and was immediately sentenced to two years’ probation.
From September 28, 2012 to November 7, 2018, Kubenko used a United States Postal Service credit card 21 times to pay for $946.15 in gas for his private vehicle.
