Pennsylvania’s former Attorney General, Kathleen Kane, has been told to report to jail by Thursday morning.

She’s been out on bail since her conviction on perjury and other charges about two years ago.

But the state Supreme Court recently declined to take up her appeal.

Two legal experts say it was a fore-gone conclusion after the once prominent politician exhausted all of her options.

“So at this stage of the game, and she’s been allowed to stay out for two years roughly, she’s run the clock and now she must serve,” said Attorney Phil Press.

Kane will serve her 10 to 23-month sentence at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility.

She was the first woman to be Elected as Pennsylvania’s Attorney General.

She resigned from office after her October 2016 conviction.
