Tuesday night a fire broke out on main street at the building that houses Holt Grocery and Da Worm Farm.

That fire first broke out at around 8:20pm. About a dozen crews were called to the scene and had the fire out around 10pm.

No injuries are reported but dispatch tells us that about half a million dollars worth of damage was done to the businesses. The fire chief believes that the building is a total loss.

The fire marshal is investigating the cause of that fire.

Holt Grocery is a local store there that specializes in local meats and fresh produce.
Da Worm Farm is a local bait shop.
