A family fighting Sunoco over rights to their land, has lost.
The Gearhart’s have been protesting for more than a year to keep their property free of the Mariner East 2 Pipeline. Today, a judge ruled in favor of Sunoco and ordered the family to move all their property off the allocated land by tomorrow.
