The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission kicked off the start of the 2017-2018 application process for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP).
The program aids with home heating bills for low income Pennsylvanians, helping residents stay warm this winter and reduce risk of health and safety problems.
Applications for grants are available today through April 1, 2018.
The online application link can be found below or through the PA COMPASS website, while a paper application can be found at local county assistance offices.
