A Saint Mary’s woman is facing charges tonight- after police say she burned a toddler with chemicals and kept him chained in her home. WTAJ is told Arwen Kuhn is accused of spraying peroxide on the three year old and forcing him in a dog cage.Police saying it all happened at a home right off of route 120 in St. Marys.
WTAJ is told the three year old was in the care of Kuhn for three days- in early November of 2016.The victim’s father took the child to the hospital after picking him up from the home because he noticed scabbing on his stomach and bruising on his head.
According to officials, the toddler admitted Kuhn dropped him and sprayed peroxide in is eyes. Police say she also would film the child crying and grabbing him by the arm- while forcing him to run laps.
Police say the child was chained up on a leash to keep him from reaching candy, and forced him in a dog cage.
Right now- Kuhn is facing multiple felony charges including three counts of aggravated assault, unlawful restraint and endangering the welfare of a child.
