PennDot announced it will keep a road in Elk County closed for another three weeks.
Route 1004 which is Bendigo Road in Jones Township, was closed for a slide issue eariler this month.,
The closure runs from Domtar Mill in Johnsonburg to the intersection with Glen Hazel Road.
The road is still open to local traffic but a detour route using route 219 and route 1006 is in place.
