State police said an Elk County man was found dead Sunday morning.
We’re told Scott Winslow, 54, went for a ride on his side by side yesterday and never came home.
Officials went searching for him and later found his body in a wooded area off Apple Street in Jay Township.
Officers told us he died of apparent hypothermia combined with a medical condition.
He was pronounced dead on scene by the Elk County coroner.
