BENEZETTE, ELK COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — The Elk Country Visitor Center in Benezette is premiering a new 4D Movie Saturday.
The new movie took two years to produce, and features all-new footage of Pennsylvania’s elk range.
The audience will be able to to see, hear, feel and even smell what it’s like inside the herd.
“They’re going to see some from viewing areas, so things that are readily available, and some that are back in the deep, dark timber that you’re probably never going to have a chance to see without coming to our theater,” center operations manager Carla Wehler said.
Keystone Elk Country Alliance, the DCNR and the Pennsylvania Game Commission all chipped in to fund the movie.
The new show will be available on the hour and half hour during center hours.
