Today, the Tussey Mountain Education Association has a big decision to make.
The association has been negotiating with the school district over teacher contracts, because teachers say their salaries are not competitive with neighboring districts.
They have been threatening to go on strike unless what they call a “fair agreement” is reached.
The education association will vote whether to ratify the proposed new contracts later today.
