E-cigarette Prevention Program hopes to discourage kids from using them

The American Academy of Pediatrics is calling for new federal regulations to discourage children and teenagers from using e-cigarettes. 

More than 20% of high school students and 5% of middle school students reported using e-cigarettes last year, an almost 80% increase from the previous year. 

Hilary Lane takes us to a middle school in the bronx where students are taking part in an e-cigarette prevention program.
