Pennsylvania State Police announced that the number of DUI arrests are on the rise.

Troopers made more than 19,000 arrests, including those arrested for being under the influence of alcohol or drugs. This is about four percent higher than 2015. 

State Police also responded to more than 4,000 DUI related crashes in 2016.
