The Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown has acknowledged that they also received a federal grand jury subpoena.

Several other dioceses received subpoenas, and the Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown had not responded to several inquiries about if they received the same subpoenas.

The Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown said that they will cooperate with the federal grand jury investigation.
