DelGrosso’s Amusement Park is celebrating “Buddy Bear’s Dog Days of Summer” by offering a discount to anyone who brought in two items for the Central Pennsylvania Humane Society and the Bedford County Humane Society.
Organizers say its a great way to give back not only to the shelter but to its guests as well.
“Each shelter will take home well over 15 to 20 boxes of supplies today,” said Organizer Amy Mearkle. “They’re here today to showcase some of their animals, so maybe someone will find a forever home too.”
Park guests got a ride and slide pass for just $15 with the donation.
