PennDOT has extended the deadline for their statewide Innovations Challenge contest to January 25, 2019.

Students in grades 9-12 are encouraged to submit their ideas to get drivers to slow down in work zones. Students are invited to explore innovative technologies and methods, instead of laws and educational campaigns.

There will be a $1,500 prize divided among the winners and regional winners will be chosen to compete in Harrisburg in April 2019.
