Local bands are hosting an entire day of music on Saturday, June 16th to benefit the We CARE Foundation.

Gates open at noon at the Railroader’s Museum. Tickets are being sold at the door for $20. Bands will begin playing non stop at 1pm and run until 10pm. The venue must be cleared by 11pm. The concert is also BYOB.

This is the 12th year for the Day of Rock. All proceeds go to the We CARE Foundation as the bands are volunteering their time.

One of the organizers Zach Grace said, “All of these bands are literally donating their time to come out and do this each and every year. They are great to work with and have been great with us for the past 12 years. No one is getting paid to do this but they come out and have a great time and hang out with us.”

More information on the bands and the lineup can be found on their Facebook page.
