State College Borough’s crew will begin crow harassment activities, Friday, January 4 in the evening starting at 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. The crew will be shooting off aerial noisemakers to drive the roosting crows into less populated areas.  This is a non-harmful method for displacing the crows. 
 

If the need arises, these activities will be conducted again next Monday through Wednesday, January 7-9, during the same hours. The crew will be dressed in their fluorescent green work clothes and have been instructed on proper use and safety precautions with the pyro-techniques.
