A Bedford County Man found guilty of child rape will stay behind bars.
Warren Young of Everett was found guilty of 20 counts of child sexual abuse last march.
He appealed that verdict on the grounds that there wasn’t evidence to convict him, but according to the Altoona Mirror, a panel of judges rejected that argument.
Young is currently serving at least 48 years behind bars at SCI Huntingdon.
