An Altoona couple is facing charges after police say they stole a man’s identity.
According to the Altoona Mirror, Michael Wenerick and Malia Frye allegedly stole that victim’s identity sometime between 2014 and 2016 while he was living at their home.
Police say they used his information to get a gun, and racked up thousands of dollars worth of credit card charges.
Both of those suspects are now facing several felony theft charges. They’re set to be in court January 9.
