Bill Cosby is appealing his sex assault conviction.
Lawyers for the disgraced comedian say the judge in his case made 11 mistakes.
They claim Cosby was shouldn’t have been named a sexually violent predator, because the testimony used was “unsubstantiated” and “uncorroborated.”
Cosby’s legal team also says the deposition from the Andrea Constand lawsuit shouldn’t have been admitted into evidence.
That’s where Cosby admitted he drugged women with quaaludes.
Cosby is being held at SCI Phoenix, near Philadelphia.
