It will be 4 more years of Rich Consiglio as district attorney in Blair County. Consiglio has defeated challenger Robert Donaldson for the second time.

This next 4 year term will take Consiglio to 34 years in the district attorneys office.

Our Jordan Tracy spoke to Donaldson whoi says that he is disappointed with the result but feels his campaign brought to light the statistics on the criminal justice system in Blair County. He says despite the result he will continue to work as a citizen to help solve the issues he says the county is facing.

Donaldson said that he thought he ran a positive campaign but Consiglio felt differently. Saying he felt that Donaldson’s supporters put inappropriate posts on Facebook.

Consiglio tells WTAJ this will be his last term and will be training the person that he hopes will take over the job in 4 years.
